• AI assistant 2.3.0: Get help in support using our documentation and your selected Advice flow. Continue in a support ticket when needed, or submit an idea as a feature request.

• Support chat: Switch between chat and a ticket using the tabs at the top. When returning, choose to continue or start a new conversation. Your input is preserved when switching tabs, and scrolling continues onto the page.

• AI usage: Support and flow chat share your monthly budget. Team > AI now also shows support usage.

• Product data: Paid plans include unlimited datasets. Free accounts keep their dataset limit, and total product limits stay the same.

• Imports and recommendations: Larger catalogs use less memory during import and product matching.

• Account security: More reliable sign-out and protection when team access changes.

• Payments: More reliable processing of payment updates and recovery after temporary failures.
