• Add an answer: Existing questions and matching are preserved. The new answer counts as Added and can be shown or hidden with its connection. Unchanged answers do not get a change badge.

• Targeted follow-up: Ask for a follow-up after one answer, such as concentrate. Only that answer leads to the new question; other answers keep their next step.

• Chat layout: Berry sits beside the bottom of each speech bubble. The beta notice, product selection and initial suggestions also appear as messages from Berry.
