Product tour: New accounts get a short tour after setup, with an 18-second video for each part of the platform. Start it again any time from the account menu, or use How it works on Product data, Flows, Reports, Support and the flow tabs.

Workspace setup: A calmer, more compact setup with one question per step, so you are ready to start faster.
Sign-in screen: A short animation now shows how product data turns into advice for your shoppers.

Refunds: Your original invoice remains available alongside the credit note. When your subscription is canceled and refunded, you can still sign in on Free, with your workspace saved for when you return.
Builder: Large Advice flows now open at the start question when all steps cannot fit on screen, so the canvas stays useful. Your questions, routes and saved positions remain intact.

Advanced analytics: Paid plans provide insights into questions, paths, products and placements, with filters, period comparisons and CSV export. Free accounts keep basic analytics.

Agency clients: Search and switch clients directly from the sidebar. The client list is more compact, while client workspaces keep their usual dashboard.
Team invitations: New and resent invitations stay valid for four weeks, giving colleagues more time to join.
Analytics and Reports: A clearer layout with colored cards, small charts, Flow activity and orders and revenue. Short tooltips explain the figures and actions.
Period and dashboard: One month selected by default, with a period selection of up to two months. The dashboard shows sessions, click-through and flow revenue.

Advice flows: All actions in the card menu remain visible, including when the menu extends beyond the card.
Tables and mobile: More accurate product click rates, working product and Advice flow sorting, and product search and pagination. Reports makes better use of the available width on mobile.

Support assistant: More current guidance about new features and personal advice results. When an answer cannot be confirmed, the chat offers help from our team.
AI guidance: Clearer explanations of the assistant in the editor and the experience for webshop visitors. Ambiguous questions receive a focused clarification.

Product advice: Faster loading through fewer repeated calculations and a shorter request path in the Flow widget.
Workspace: A refreshed design with a clearer menu, calmer panels and consistent styling across all management pages and the flow editor.
Navigation: Collapse the menu, open your account options with one click and expand release notes per version. Your chosen menu width stays in place when pages load.
Flow editor: More compact settings, clearly grouped fields and recognizable purple questions and green results.
Mobile and assistant: Actions line up in one row. The AI button leaves node settings clear and the beta guidance stays easy to notice.
Filters and limits: Clearer backgrounds make selected filters, counts and package limits easier to read.
Health check: One calmer list shows what needs attention, where the problem occurs and how to resolve it. Expand a point for its explanation and examples.
Personal advice: Turn off product advice per result step and add an optional contact button, also visible on the editor node. Visitors see your explanation without an empty-result message or product counts. Other results continue to recommend products.
