AI support: Free teams receive a shared monthly support budget. Flow AI and AI translations remain part of paid plans. When your budget runs out, the assistant explains this and opens the ticket tab.

AI usage: One shared budget total, a simpler overview for free accounts and your own questions, answers and usage in the details window. Temporary reservations no longer make the usage percentage jump.

AI chat: Clear names for the support and flow assistants. The bottom bar and typing hints stay in place while loading. Your selected Advice flow and the assistant's follow-up question stay visible in the conversation.

AI guidance: More detailed product knowledge and current standard prices and plan limits. Questions about creating an Advice flow no longer require selecting an existing flow first.

AI assistant 2.3.0: Get help in support using our documentation and your selected Advice flow. Continue in a support ticket when needed, or submit an idea as a feature request.

Support chat: Switch between chat and a ticket using the tabs at the top. When returning, choose to continue or start a new conversation. Your input is preserved when switching tabs, and scrolling continues onto the page.

AI usage: Support and flow chat share your monthly budget. Team > AI now also shows support usage.

Product data: Paid plans include unlimited datasets. Free accounts keep their dataset limit, and total product limits stay the same.

Imports and recommendations: Larger catalogs use less memory during import and product matching.

Account security: More reliable sign-out and protection when team access changes.

Payments: More reliable processing of payment updates and recovery after temporary failures.

AI assistant: Clearer replies, better task-specific model selection and more reliable flow checks. The refreshed chat shows your team's AI usage at the bottom, with a reminder when the monthly budget is almost used up. Long findings lists can be expanded when needed.

AI usage: Your team page now shows requests and usage percentages, with separate views for the assistant and translations.

AI proposals: Before applying, see which questions, product matching and Product Filter are included.

AI assistant: A request to check the flow is now handled as a check, even when you ask it briefly or with a typo, and the progress shows that the flow is being analysed. Your earlier conversations come back, an existing flow no longer asks for your Product Filter, and a change you undo can be applied again afterwards.

AI assistant (v2): The assistant has been renewed: faster, more efficient and it understands you in any language. You see live what it is doing, and every proposal can be applied or undone with one click. Where needed it also adjusts your Product Filter or reviews your questions and answers.

Product recommendations: New flows start with three product recommendations per page and three pages. Budget matching also handles imported prices with a currency.
