Reports bring activity from your advice flows together at account level. Use this overview to see which flows are used most, where visitors reach advice and which products receive the most interest.

Where to find this

  • Open Reports in the menu, under Product data.
  • The weekly analytics e-mail uses the same account-wide report data.
  • For flow-level detail, open Advice flows → choose a flow → Analytics.

What reports show

Reports show the selected period's numbers without extra increase or decrease badges.

  • Sessions count started advice flow runs.
  • Advice views count sessions that reached a result or advice page.
  • Click-through counts unique product clicks from advice results.
  • CTR is click-through divided by advice views.
  • Advice completion is advice views divided by sessions.

What is not measured yet

Purchase tracking is not connected yet. Reports therefore do not estimate revenue, post-purchase conversion or purchase attribution.

Use the current numbers as insight into behavior before checkout: which advice flows visitors use, which advice they view and which products they open afterwards.

Top Advice Flows

Reports show two flow lists.

  • Top advice flows by product clicks shows which flows create the most product interest.
  • Top most used advice flows shows which flows have the most sessions.

Use these lists to decide where optimization has the most impact. A heavily used flow with low CTR may need better recommendations, clearer result copy or sharper matching.

Most Clicked Products

Most clicked products shows which products visitors open from advice results. This helps you see which recommendations are attractive and which products may deserve extra attention in matching, stock or content.

Weekly Analytics E-Mail

The weekly analytics e-mail sends one account-wide overview per user who can receive analytics e-mails. The e-mail contains the same core as Reports: period, sessions, advice views, click-through, CTR, advice completion, top advice flows and most clicked products.

The e-mail is meant as a quick summary. Open Reports for the chart, filters and links into flow analytics.
