Where: Team in the main menu. Open Security for your own sign-in protection.
An account contains your shared Advice flows, product data and reports. Team members do not need separate copies.
Invite a colleague
- Open Team and enter your colleague's email address.
- Choose Member for someone helping with the work, or Owner for someone who also manages the account and billing.
- Check a member's permissions and send the invitation.
- Your colleague opens the invitation email and completes sign-up.
You can resend or revoke pending invitations. Adjust existing members' permissions when their responsibilities change. Keep at least one owner active.
A colleague cannot see a page or button? First check their permissions and whether you are working in the same account.
Set webshop domains and platform
Open Team → Settings. Under Allowed embed domains, add the domains where widgets may load. Add subdomains separately.
Also choose the Webshop platform. This makes Share & Publish open with the appropriate instructions by default. See the placement steps.
Manage your plan and invoices
An owner can find the plan under Team → Plan & Billing. The free plan includes one Advice flow and up to 2,500 products. Check your current limits before adding more flows or a larger catalog.
Choose another plan there when needed and complete payment. The account shows the new status once payment is processed. Use the billing page to view payments and available invoices.
To set a separate invoice email address, open Team → Settings → Invoice email. Enter your finance team's address, for example, and save. If you leave it empty, invoices go to the email address of the user who paid. This setting controls the recipient; manage company and postal details separately in the billing details.
Check AI usage
Team → AI usage shows your account's usage. AI Flow Assistant becomes available automatically with an active paid plan that includes AI. AI assistance and translations use the available monthly budget.
Assistant missing? Check your plan and remaining budget. You can continue configuring questions and matching yourself.
Secure your own access
Open Security to configure two-factor authentication. The app may ask you to confirm your identity again before changing it.
After changing your email address, confirm the new address and sign in again. Avoid shared login credentials; invite colleagues as team members instead.
