Analytics shows how visitors use a published Advice flow. Live preview and the test link without analytics do not add analytics data. The live link with analytics does count activity in reports.
Where to find this
- Reports: account-wide results.
- Advice flows -> Analytics: results for one flow.
- Settings -> Tracking: external GA4/GTM tracking.
- Place the Flow widget: conversion measurement.
What to watch
- Views: how often the Flow widget or live link with analytics is opened.
- Started: visitors who begin answering.
- Finished: visitors who reach recommendations.
- Click-through: visitors who click a recommended product.
- Visitor feedback: whether shoppers marked the product advice as helpful or not helpful.
- Conversions and revenue: assisted orders when conversion measurement matches a purchased Product ID. Switch between advised product revenue and full order revenue; advised products is the default.
- Pages: webshop pages where the Flow widget was used.
Analytics opens with the last 30 days. You can switch to 7 days or choose a custom period up to 30 days.
The dashboard shows revenue from purchased advised products for the last 30 days and across the lifetime of all Advice flows. This 30-day period matches the default period in Reports. The Advice flow overview cards also show lifetime Sessions, CTR and cumulative Revenue for each flow. Detailed events are kept for up to 30 days; compact daily totals remain available for the lifetime metrics. Existing product revenue is included where enough detailed measurement data was still available when the cumulative total was introduced.
The Flow activity chart shows started runs, finished advice, product click-through and assisted conversions per day.
