Use the Shopware 6 plugin for placement through Shopping Experiences and product settings. First ask your webshop administrator to check compatibility with your Shopware version, then install and activate it.
1. Connect your Advice flow
- Publish the flow in BerryPath.
- Choose Shopware in Share & Publish and copy the Flow UUID.
- Add your webshop domain under Team → Settings → Allowed embed domains.
- In Shopware, open Extensions → My extensions → BerryPath Flow → Configure and enable the integration.
2. Choose the placement
Category, landing page or homepage: open Content → Shopping Experiences. Add the BerryPath Flow block from Commerce to the intended layout. Enter the Flow UUID, display type, title and button text. Save and check that the layout is assigned to the correct page.
Product page: open the product and enter the Flow UUID and display type in the custom fields under BerryPath Flow. The widget appears in the product's buy box.
Choose Inline for visible page content, Popup for a button or Sidebar for a side panel. A placement without a Flow UUID shows no widget.
3. Check Product ID and language
For product checks and assisted conversions, Product ID source must match your dataset. If your feed uses product numbers, also choose product number in the plugin.
Without a language override, the plugin uses the storefront language. Set a language or market only when the placement should intentionally differ. Make sure that translation or market feed is available too.
4. Test and measure
Open the actual page on mobile and desktop, answer the questions and click a product. Optionally enable conversion measurement in the plugin settings to measure assisted orders.
Placing the widget does not automatically import your catalog. Add a separate product feed in BerryPath for that.
